Emma Morgan

Emma Morgan is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Head of Group Finance at OCU since March 2023. Prior to this role, Emma held key positions at Slater and Gordon Lawyers (UK) from October 2019 to February 2023, including Group Financial Controller and Head of Group Reporting. Emma's career also includes significant roles at Informa as UBM Integration and Transition Lead in 2018-2019, and a decade at UBM plc, where positions ranged from Group Finance Senior Manager to Group Financial Accountant. Earlier experience includes working as an Assistant Manager at EY and as an Audit Senior at Nyman Libson Paul. Emma holds an ACA qualification from ICAEW and a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Financial Management and Mathematics from The University of Sheffield.
