Matthew Elder

Matthew Elder is an experienced planner with a diverse background in management and operations within the utilities and heating sectors. Currently serving as a Planner at OCU since May 2022, Matthew coordinates HV and LV connections, schedules workloads, and manages CRM systems. Prior to this, Matthew held the position of General Manager at VHL - Village Heating Ltd, overseeing finance and supply chain operations and producing detailed performance reports. Experience also includes management roles at Osborne as a Call Centre Team Manager and as a Call Handler at ENGIE, alongside earlier positions at Wandle, Kier Group, and Thames Water, where responsibilities encompassed maintenance planning, customer service, and KPI management.
