Aaron Maxwell currently serves as the Operations Manager for Projects at OCU Hornbill Ltd, contributing significantly to the senior leadership team since April 2021. Previously, Aaron held the position of HV Project Manager, specializing in High Voltage projects, with a strong background in commissioning and protection. Prior to OCU Hornbill, Aaron worked at GE Power Conversion as a Power Generation Field Service engineer and at Hornbill Engineering & Industrial Training focusing on HV protection and commissioning. Aaron's experience also includes a role in electrical maintenance at Gestamp. Educational qualifications include a Higher National Diploma in Electrical and Electronic Engineering and a Higher National Certificate in Electrical Engineering from the University of Wales Trinity Saint David, along with completion of Premier Power Systems Protection Course from Afnor Group.
