Kristen Craft

Kristen Craft is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Head of People and Culture at Ocugen since April 2024. Prior to this role, Kristen held the position of Human Resource Director at Transwall, where responsibilities included partnering with leadership to support workforce growth aligned with strategic goals. Kristen also served as Director of Organization Development at TE Connectivity, evaluating business structures and advising on team allocation across global teams. Earlier in Kristen's career, as a Human Resource Business Partner at AstraZeneca, alignment of HR initiatives with business objectives was a key focus. Kristen holds a Master of Education in Instructional Systems Design from Penn State Great Valley and completed MSW degree work at West Chester University of Pennsylvania, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from the same institution.
