Michael Freeman, J.D. has a diverse work experience spanning from 1988 to the present. From 1988 to 2011, they were the Owner Managing Law Partner at The Freeman Law Firm, PLLC, providing specialized legal services to start-up businesses and business owners. In 2009, they Co-Founded and became Chairman/CEO of Electranetics, Inc. In 2005, they founded Global Safety Labs, Inc. and became Chief Executive Officer/CTO, developing state of the art fire safety products. In 2006, they became Senior Executive V.P. at 1492 Studios, Inc., an affiliate company of 1492 Pictures, Inc. In 2012, they became CEO/CTO of Semitrex, LLC, a new fabless power semiconductor company based on patents they invented. In 2017, they became CEO of Expenzeit, LLC. Finally, in 2016, they became Chief Executive Officer of Ocutrx Technologies, Inc., a high-tech 3D visualization company developing cutting-edge augmented reality (AR) technology.
