The leadership team at Ocupath have a history of working in education and public relations. They have worked as an assistant director for an Upward Bound program, an adjunct instructor at Teachers College of Columbia University, and a creative director at Tango Public Relations. They have also been educated at Teachers College, Columbia University, in Communication and Education and Human Development.
