Brian Curry

Brian Curry has extensive work experience in the technology and customer experience industries. Brian is the founder of OCX Cognition, a company that delivers the future of NPS by implementing CX programs that result in financial value. Prior to this, Brian served as the Chief Operating Officer at Satmetrix from 2015 to 2018 and as the Chief Product Officer from 2013 to 2016. Brian was also the Chief Product Officer at YouSendIt from 2010 to 2012. Brian held the position of VP, Corporate Partners at Yahoo! from 2007 to 2010 and served as the Vice President, Premium Services at America Online (AOL) from 2002 to 2007. Additionally, they worked in strategic sales at Netscape Communications from 1996 to 2002 and served as the Practice Manager at Netscape from 1996 to 2000.

Brian Curry completed their education at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. From 1984 to 1988, they pursued a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Graphic Design. Later, from 1993 to 1995, they obtained a Master of Fine Arts (MFA) degree in Design.
