Maurice FitzGerald has over 35 years of experience in the technology industry. Maurice began their career in 1985 at Digital Equipment Corporation, where they held the roles of Software Operations and Alliances, and Software Strategy Director. In 2002, they joined HP, where they were the VP of TCE & Strategy HP EMEA. Maurice then moved to HP Autonomy in 2012 as the VP Chief of Staff. In 2014, they became the VP Customer Experience for HP and HPE Software. In 2016, Maurice founded Maurice FitzGerald Consulting. Most recently, in 2019, they became the Editor in Chief - Content for OCX Cognition, a company that implements CX programs that result in financial value.
Maurice FitzGerald's education history consists of a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Industrial Engineering from the University of Galway (1972-1977), a Business Strategy course from Columbia Business School (2005), a Mergers and Acquisitions course from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management (2000), and an International Advanced Management Program from INSEAD (1989-1991).
