Bianca Reis

Bianca Reis currently serves as an HR Coordinator at Ocyan, leading strategic HR initiatives and mentoring team members since October 2024. Previously, Bianca held the same title at Altera&Ocyan, responsible for Talent Acquisition and employee experience across diverse teams. A former HR Business Partner at SBM Offshore, Bianca managed the full employee lifecycle and enhanced organizational performance. Additional experience includes roles at Prumo, where innovative HR methodologies and talent management projects were developed, and early positions as a Human Resources Intern at both TOP PLSV Project and TechnipFMC. Bianca's academic credentials include a Bachelor's in Psychology from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro and graduate studies in Business Administration and Management from FGV.
