Mathias Therkelsen

Mathias Therkelsen has extensive experience in operations management, currently serving as the Site Operations Manager at Oda since October 2016. In this role, Mathias is also an Employee Representative on the Board of Directors, elected as one of three employee representatives for a two-year term. Previously, Mathias held several positions at Oda, including Department Manager of Operations, Operations Coordinator, Shift Lead, and Fulfillment Operator, demonstrating a progressive career path with a focus on team management, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Prior experience includes serving as Assistant Shift Manager at Bergbys, where responsibilities included managing restaurant operations during opening and closing shifts.
