Jennifer Toito

Jennifer Toito holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from McMaster University and a Human Resources Management Graduate Certificate from Mohawk College. Currently serving as Senior HR Business Partner at ODAIA since September 2025, Jennifer previously worked as an HR Business Partner at AtomVie Global Radiopharma Inc. from October 2021 to September 2025, delivering HR support to enhance performance culture and implement HR processes. Prior experience includes roles as People & Culture Business Partner at InvestorCOM Inc., where strategic HR initiatives were developed, and Human Resources Assistant at Germiphene, managing full-cycle recruitment and onboarding for over 100 employees. Additional experience includes HR/Recruitment Coordinator at Baffinland and a Bookkeeper/Front End Supervisor at Metro Inc., alongside an HR internship at ArcelorMittal Dofasco.
