Laura Ricci is currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer and Head of People and Culture at ODAIA. With previous experience as the Director of People & Culture at Links2Care, Manager of Human Resources at Toronto Research Chemicals, HR Manager at Perfit Computer Systems Group Inc, and HR Manager at Morega Systems Inc. Laura Ricci holds a BACS degree in ACS/HR from Ryerson University.
