Jean-Luc Leterme

Jean-Luc Leterme has over 20 years of experience in various leadership roles in the technology and consulting industries. Jean-Luc is currently working at Odaseva as the Senior Director, Customer & Partner Success for the Asia Pacific region. Prior to that, they were a Customer Engagement Executive at SAP SuccessFactors.

Before joining SAP SuccessFactors, Jean-Luc spent several years at Salesforce, where they held multiple roles, including Head of Graduate Programs for the Asia Pacific region and Success Specialist Lead for APAC. Jean-Luc also served as a Customer Success Manager for major accounts in Australia and New Zealand.

Jean-Luc has also worked at UXC Consulting as a Business Transformation Program Director, where they led the transformation program to merge multiple business units into the UXC Consulting brand. Jean-Luc has experience with Salesforce and Sonar 6 Performance Appraisal System.

Earlier in their career, Jean-Luc held senior positions at Fujitsu Australia & New Zealand and MEI. At Fujitsu, they served as the General Manager of Business Effectiveness for ANZ and Director of Business Effectiveness for Australia. At MEI, they were the Vice President of Global Delivery Services, responsible for the development, sales, and delivery of CRM systems for the FMCG industry.

Jean-Luc started their career at DMR Consulting, where they held roles as an Entry Level Program Integration Manager and Product Manager for Macroscope software. Jean-Luc also served as the Public Relations Officer for Toastmasters District 61.

Jean-Luc has a diverse international background, having worked in Canada, France, and various locations across Europe.

Jean-Luc Leterme has a diverse education history. Jean-Luc obtained a Bachelor's degree in Criminology and Journalism from the University of Liège in Belgium. Additionally, they studied Social Sciences at the Royal Military Academy in Brussels, Belgium. Jean-Luc pursued further education in English at the College of the Desert in California, USA, and Computer Sciences at the Computer Institute of Canada in Montreal, QC. In 2015, they enrolled in Trailhead by Salesforce, where they continued their education until 2020.

In addition to their formal education, Leterme has acquired various certifications. Jean-Luc obtained certifications such as Salesforce Trailhead 4-Star Ranger and Superbadges in App Customization, Lightning Experience, Business Administration, Lightning Experience Reports & Dashboards, and Reports & Dashboards (Classic) from Salesforce. Jean-Luc also holds five Salesforce Certifications, including Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Sales Consultant, Service Consultant, and Platform App Builder.

Leterme has further accreditations, including Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM) from Toastmasters International and a Private Pilot - Aeroplane (VFR Day/Night) license from Transport Canada.
