Diego Figueroa

Diego Figueroa has worked in a variety of roles in the legal field since 2015. In 2015, they worked as an Internal Control Analyst for Seguritech, where they looked over contracts and developed databases for legal and administrative documents. From 2016-2019, they worked in a variety of roles, including Abogado Comercial for Acosta Verde, Docente for CER Santa Catarina, and Abogado Corporativo for De Oliveira & Asociados, S.C. In 2019, they took on the role of Legal Coordinator for Procesa Desarrollos, where they handled commercial agreements and trust agreements negotiation and elaboration. In 2020, they became an External Consultant at Junta Local de Conciliación y Arbitraje, where they were responsible for corporate legal stuff and inscriptions of collective agreements. In 2021, they took on the role of Legal Manager for Grupo Elí Consultoría de Empresas, and also became a Real State Lawyer for Tamayo Desarollos, where they reviewed contracts and drew trust and confidential contracts. Finally, in 2022, they became a Corporate Lawyer LATAM for ODATA.

Diego Figueroa obtained a Bachelor's degree in Law from Universidad Victoria in 2011-2014. Diego then completed a Course of Oral Trials in Law at the same university in 2014-2015. In 2017, they obtained a Diplomat in Trust Contracts from Findes. In 2018, they completed Commercial Operations and Documents and Principal Contracts at Consultek. Lastly, they are currently pursuing a Master of Corporate Compliance in Accounting and Finance at CEUPE - Centro Europeo de Postgrado y Empresa.
