Andrea Hewitt

Andrea Hewitt has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Their most recent role is as a Program Manager at Oddball, starting in October 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Product Management Lead at Oddball from July 2020 to October 2022, leading a team of 11 Product Managers in building resources for VA's Veteran-facing Services Platform contract. Andrea also worked as a Product Manager at Oddball from July 2019 to July 2020.

Before joining Oddball, Andrea worked as a Solution Designer at Cerner Corporation from August 2018 to July 2019.

From 2013 to 2018, Andrea worked at Red Nova Labs in various roles. Andrea was a Product Owner from April 2015 to July 2018, collaborating with development teams to bring valuable features to self-storage management software. Andrea also worked as a Quality Assurance Analyst in early 2015 and as a Local Search Specialist from April 2014 to April 2015. Additionally, they worked as a Content Writer from December 2013 to April 2014, writing content for StorageAhead.com and Rednovalabs.com.

Prior to Red Nova Labs, Andrea worked as an Assistant Content Specialist at Advanstar Communications from May 2012 to November 2013, writing and editing news and features about the veterinary industry.

Andrea also has experience in journalism, having served as Editor in Chief of The Index, Truman State University's student-produced newspaper, from April 2011 to May 2012. Andrea interned at St. Joseph News-Press in the summer of 2011, writing news and feature articles. Andrea also interned at Lee's Summit Journal during the same period, writing news and features about the Lee's Summit, Missouri area. Andrea's first editorial experience was at Detours, Truman State University's travel magazine, where they were the Managing Editor and Multimedia Editor from May 2009 to May 2011.

Andrea Hewitt obtained a Bachelor's degree in Communications with a focus on Journalism from Truman State University, where they studied from 2008 to 2012. Andrea also holds additional certifications including ICAgile Certified Professional, obtained from ICAgile in April 2019, Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR), obtained from HFMA in October 2018, and Certified Scrum Product Owner, obtained from Scrum Alliance in December 2017.
