Bella De La Torre has a diverse range of work experience in the food and beverage industry. Bella started their career at Native Grill & Wings Franchising in 2011, where they worked as a Lead Bartender and Corporate Trainer. Over the years, they progressed to the roles of Assistant Manager and eventually General Manager. In 2017, Bella joined Sushi Den as the Beverage Director, where they worked until 2020. Currently, they serve as the General Manager and Director of Taproom Operations at Odell Brewing Company, starting in August 2020.
Bella De La Torre obtained their Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from Arizona State University between 2011 and 2013. In addition to their degree, they also obtained the International Kikisake-shi certification from the Sake Service Institute Inc in April 2020, and the TIPS Certified Trainer certification from Tips Alcohol in September 2018.
