Michael Beltran is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as the Director of Engineering for the City of Ceres since March 2024. Prior to this role, Michael held the position of Senior Project Manager at O'Dell Engineering for nearly a year and served as the City Engineer for the City of Merced from August 2019 to May 2023. Michael's earlier experience includes the role of North Area Manager at Precision Civil Engineering and various positions at Kleinfelder, including Project Manager, Area Manager, and Associate Owner/South Valley Construction Services Manager over a span of 14 years. Michael earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from California State University, Fresno, in 2007.
