Jan Oden

Jan Oden currently serves as Vice President at Oden Brewing Company, a position held since May 2016. Prior to this role, Jan developed the Dropout Prevention Work/Study Program at New Hanover County Schools from June 1991 to September 1992, focusing on a grant-funded initiative called Invest in Your Future, which connected local employers with high school students and emphasized grade management in hiring practices.
