Mohammad Firdaus

Mohammad Firdaus is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in desktop support and administration. Currently serving as a Senior IT Administrator and previously as a Desktop Engineer at Odessa since March 2019, Mohammad has honed technical skills through roles at NIIT Limited as a Desktop Support Engineer from April 2016 to November 2018 and at Acute Informatics Pvt. Ltd. in a similar capacity from October 2014 to April 2016. Educationally, Mohammad holds a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from Lalit Narayan Mithila University, completed between 2009 and 2013.
