Susan Bostian

Susan Bostian is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in delivery management and program leadership across various organizations. Currently serving as the SVP of Delivery Management at Odessa since January 2020, Susan oversees the end-to-end delivery of the Odessa technology platform and manages strategic enterprise client relationships. Previous roles include Customer Delivery Executive at CIT, where Susan led initiatives to enhance commercial lending products, and VP of Commercial Technology at TD, overseeing a significant transformation program. With a strong foundation in IT consulting from earlier positions at companies such as OpenText, HP, and Andersen Consulting, Susan holds an MBA in Statistics and Operations Management from the University of Denver and a BS in Business and Computer Science from the University of Delaware.
