From December 2007 to May 2017, Jan worked at COSL Drilling Europe AS, where responsibilities included Operations Manager, Rig Manager, and Operational Performance Manager. Jan's early career at Odfjell Drilling from June 2003 to 2007 included roles as Rig Manager and Assistant Rig Manager.
