Paul Bell BSc Hons has extensive experience in health and safety roles within the drilling industry. Currently serving as a Safety Supervisor at Odfjell Drilling since February 2023, Paul previously worked as an Offshore Safety Officer at Stena Drilling and held various positions at Total, including Drilling Safety Advisor and Health And Safety Advisor, where significant operations involved drilling and completing wells. Paul’s career began at Rowan Drilling UK, progressing from Floorman and Deck Crew to Offshore Safety Training Coordinator, demonstrating a solid foundation in operational and safety training. Education includes a BSc in Petroleum Geology from the University of Aberdeen and a HNC Diploma in Biological Science from North East Scotland College.
