Hilde Grønlien

Hilde Grønlien began her career at Odfjell Drilling in 2006, serving in various roles including Roughneck, QHSE Advisor, and eventually Vice President of Operations. In March 2022, she transitioned to Odfjell Technology where she currently holds the position of Vice President Operations. Hilde Grønlien is a Continuous Improvement Engineer and has a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Western Norway University of Applied Sciences. Her work is focused on Integrated Operations.
