Amelia Ross

Amelia Ross has extensive experience in the executive search industry, currently serving as a Consultant in the Board & CFO Practice at Odgers Berndtson since September 2015, following a progression from Researcher to Senior Researcher and Associate in the same practice. Prior to this role, Amelia held positions at Oxford Royale Academy as an HR and Recruitment Coordinator and Campus Administrator, and served as JCR President and First Year Representative at Magdalen College, University of Oxford. Amelia holds a Bachelor's Degree in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from Magdalen College, Oxford University, and completed secondary education at Bablake School from 2004 to 2011.
