Andrey Tolkachev

Andrey Tolkachev is an experienced Operations Manager and Senior Executive Search Analyst at Odgers Berndtson since November 2021, specializing in Executive Search and Development in various global markets. With a background that includes roles as Strategy Consulting Analyst and Junior Executive Search Analyst, Tolkachev has developed a strong expertise in identifying leaders for senior management and board positions.
