Eric Beaudan

Eric Beaudan is the Global Head of Leadership Advisory Practice at Odgers Berndtson since March 2010, where the focus is on executive search and talent management across various sectors internationally. Prior to this role, Eric served as the Director of Organization Development at Rogers Communications, leading initiatives such as a Leadership Roundtable program and organization-wide engagement surveys. Experience also includes roles as Principal at Healthy Companies International, Director of Organization Development at Bank of Montreal, and Senior Consultant at Watson Wyatt, recognized for excellence in developing organizational effectiveness tools. Eric holds a Master of Arts in International Relations from Columbia and a Bachelor in Political Science from the University at Buffalo.
