Katya Malycheva

Katya Malycheva is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in the life sciences and supply chain sectors. Since April 2011, Katya has held the position of Principal Researcher at Odgers Berndtson, where previous roles included Senior Researcher and Researcher in Life Sciences. Prior experience includes working as a Delivery Consultant at Korn/Ferry Futurestep and serving as an International Headhunter at SBR, focusing on middle and senior management placements across EMEA and the US for FMCG supply chain roles.
