Lauren Boone

Lauren Boone is an experienced professional with a diverse background in technology, design, and marketing. Currently serving as an Analyst in the Technology Practice at Odgers since October 2025, Lauren contributes to research strategies and candidate outreach. Prior experience includes roles as Global Business Development Manager and Project Coordinator at ZRG Partners, where efforts focused on enhancing operations and marketing within the Technology Practice. Lauren has also designed websites and branding for small businesses as a Freelance Designer and held various UX design and marketing positions with companies such as LittleNewt, Standard Beagle Studio, and the Houston Texans. An education in Business and Spanish from Southwestern University, along with UX/UI certification from The University of Texas and a Full Stack Development Certification from Udemy, further complements Lauren's skill set.
