Mike Drew

Mike Drew is a seasoned executive leader in the recruitment and technology sectors with extensive experience in building organizations and facilitating talent acquisition. As the Founder and Chair of Rebus, a mentoring network established in 2018, Mike advocates for greater gender diversity on boards of technology and digital-first businesses. At Odgers Berndtson, Mike holds the position of Partner and Global Practice Leader for the Global Technology Practice, coordinating C-suite hiring across multiple regions and leading initiatives to support scaling tech businesses. Previously, Mike was a Founder and Partner at both Oreham Partners and Ethos Corporation, focusing on executive search in the software and consulting sectors. Mike began a career at Penna Consulting, evolving from Researcher to Principal Consultant while specializing in senior management searches. Mike holds an LLb in Law from Bournemouth University and completed a program with the British Psychological Society in 2013.
