Nicholas Brill

Nicholas Brill is a Partner in Odgers Berndtson’s Healthcare and Life Sciences Practices as well the Public/Not For Profit/Education Practice.

Prior to joining Odgers Berndtson, he co-founded and was Managing Partner of a boutique search firm where he recruited senior academic and business leaders for leading US universities, academic medical centers, and affiliated organizations. Earlier in his career, Nick was an officer of the Harvard Community Health Plan, New England’s first health maintenance organization; for this organization he led a variety of functions including operations, information technology, and sales and marketing. He also founded a health services company, Commonwealth Care, and built out the firm before selling it to a publicly traded company where he served as Vice President for national business development.

Nick serves as a trustee and advisory council member of academic medical centers and social service organizations in Boston.

Nick holds a BA from Colgate University (where he was a Dean’s List student, played on the rugby club, and participated in the University’s historic Washington Study Group) and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
