Sergio Vega

Sergio Vega has a diverse work experience, starting in 2007 as an Audit Senior at Deloitte until 2010. From 2010 to 2011, they worked as a Research Analyst at ACCIÓ. Sergio then moved to Odgers Berndtson, where they held multiple roles, including Research Associate from 2011 to 2013, Head of Research, MENA from 2013 to 2016, and currently serves as the Head of Research & Diversity / Associate, MENA since September 2016.

Sergio Vega attended the University of Pennsylvania in 2017 to study "Optimizing Diversity on Teams." Sergio obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Universitat Pompeu Fabra between 2003 and 2007. In 2006, they participated in an Exchange Program at Linnaeus University, also studying Business Administration and Management. Additionally, Sergio Vega has certifications in German (Level 1) from Universitat Pompeu Fabra and Swedish for Exchange Students (Level 1) from Linnaeus University.
