Roos van Dam

Roos van Dam is a Senior CRO Specialist at Odido Nederland since October 2022, having previously served as a CRO Data Analyst at e-Luscious B2C Wine, Coffee and more from November 2021 to September 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Product Manager and CRO Specialist/Behavioral Expert at Online Dialogue from March 2017 to November 2021, where responsibilities involved content quality assurance for educational programs and researching online visitor behavior. Additional experience includes barista training, an internship focused on social robotics at TNO, and a commercial assistant position at LOI. Roos holds a Master of Science degree in Applied Cognitive Psychology, graduating Cum Laude from Leiden University, and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the same institution. Academic foundation also includes an Applied Psychology Propedeuse from Hogeschool Leiden and a secondary education diploma from Christelijk Lyceum Apeldoorn.
