Vincent Lascoux is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in customer success, services, and operations. Currently serving as Chief Customer Success Officer and Vice President - Head of Services and Operations at Odigo since March 2017, Vincent oversees the delivery of cloud-based multichannel customer interaction solutions. Previously, Vincent held the position of Head of Services at Fujitsu from 2011 to September 2016, focusing on P&L, relationship management at CxO levels, and optimizing service capabilities. Vincent founded DSL Consulting in 2002, providing strategic services to the armament industries, and served as a Senior Consultant at L3S Conseil from 1994 to 2002. Vincent is an alumnus of Telecom Bretagne, where education was completed from 1989 to 1992.
