Judith van Roon

Judith van Roon possesses extensive experience in human resources and organizational consultancy, currently serving as Hoofd Medewerkerszaken at Odin foodcoop since October 2024. As the owner of Van Roon Personeel & Organisatieadvies since January 2017, Judith has developed a diverse skill set through various interim HR leadership roles at notable organizations such as Coosto NL, Ferring Pharmaceuticals, and EG Group. Judith has successfully managed HR projects, developed job profiles, and contributed to strategic HR initiatives across industries ranging from social media to pharmaceuticals and finance. Judith's academic background includes a Master’s Degree in Political Science from the University of Amsterdam and additional education in management and secondary education.
