Al DiFrancesco has extensive experience in human resources and real estate. Al is currently the Vice President of Human Resources Operations at Odin Properties, where they focus on transforming under-performing assets into profitable investments. Prior to this, they worked as a Professional Realtor for Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, managing a team of top-performing realtors. Al also has experience as a Principal Manager at AG Community Properties LLC and as a Human Resources professional at companies such as PODS, PHH Mortgage, RSC Equipment Rental, ARAMARK, DPT Laboratories, DFB Biotech of Curacao, and Aluminum Shapes LLC. Throughout their career, Al has demonstrated expertise in strategic HR initiatives, executive coaching, and program implementation.
Al DiFrancesco obtained their Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in Industrial Management/Business from Lehigh Carbon Community College from 1993 to 1995. Al then pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Human Resources Management from Rosemont College, completing their studies from 1997 to 2001.
