Rafael Núñez Padilla

Rafael Núñez Padilla has extensive experience in the field of engineering and project management, currently serving as Airport Projects Director at Odinsa, a role held since February 2012, following previous positions including Airport Projects Manager and Port Projects Manager. Prior to Odinsa, Rafael held the position of Administrative Manager at GDS Ingenieros and served as Construction Works Supervision Manager for Duty Free areas at El Dorado Airport with Attenza Duty Free. Additional experience includes roles as General Manager Assistant Engineer at A&D ALVARADO & DÜRING, Projects Engineer at Ingeniería Textil, and Project Control Engineer at Constructec. Rafael holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Escuela Colombiana de Ingeniería Julio Garavito, and has pursued further education with an Advanced Management Program from IE Business School, a diploma in Airport Operations from ACI Airports Council International, and various training programs related to aviation and port operations.
