Jitendra Kumar Kar

Jitendra Kumar Kar is an experienced professional in project management and human resources, currently serving as the Head of Project Management at Odisha Millets Mission since June 2021, overseeing the Agriculture Entrepreneurship Promotion Scheme under the Government of Odisha. Jitendra has previously held roles such as Human Resources Lead and Project Executive at SRIJAN, and served as a Peace Fellow with the Piramal Foundation for Education Leadership. Early career experiences include a position as a Gandhi Fellow at Hindalco Industries Limited and a Human Resources Trainee at Centurion University. Jitendra holds multiple degrees, including an MBA in Human Resources Management and Strategic Management from Centurion University, a Developmental Course from Azim Premji University, and a Chartered Accountant designation from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, complemented by a Master of Arts in Applied Economics from Utkal University.
