Dr. Madhulika Sahoo is an accomplished academic and researcher with extensive experience in anthropology and social sciences. Currently serving as an Academic Editor for PLOS ONE Journal since July 2023 and Managing Editor for the Avoidable Deaths Network since June 2022, Dr. Sahoo also holds positions as Assistant Professor in Anthropology at Kalahandi University and as Director of Student Welfare and Placement. Previous roles include Assistant Professor at VIT-AP University, where Dr. Sahoo taught diverse subjects such as Social Anthropology and Gender Studies, and Doctoral Fellow at the National Institute of Technology Rourkela, focusing on reproductive health care rights among internally displaced women.
