Brandi Hockaday

Brandi Hockaday is an experienced association manager currently serving at both the Oregon OD Network and NSA Oregon since March 2022. In addition to these roles, Brandi has been an Executive Virtual Assistant at PuzzlePC since June 2009, focusing on alleviating clients' concerns. Brandi also works as a Chapter Administrator for the National Speakers Association Austin, where responsibilities include customer service, email marketing, website management, and event coordination. Previous experience includes serving as a Virtual Assistant and Customer Service Queen at Clutter Diet, Inc. from November 2009 to October 2017, and as a Customer Service Manager at Capital Spectrum & CSI from 1996 to 2009, overseeing a team and managing recruitment processes. Early in the career, Brandi worked in various roles at Chuy's (Comida Deluxe) from January 1993 to January 1997. Brandi holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Southwestern University.
