Jacqueline A. Hook

Jacqui has a passion for education and a relentless desire to create, energize, and inspire. After 8 years as a classroom teacher and reading specialist, she became a pioneer in online education. In her 27 years of developing online programs and courses across myriad disciplines, Jacqui has led multidisciplinary creative teams, worked intensively with a scores of faculty and subject matter experts, and co-produced hundreds of videos. Jacqui was instrumental in developing an innovative model for competency-based higher education and is an inventor on a patent for a “virtual field experience “ video production format. She has a keen passion for interviewing subject matter experts and has appeared as an Educational Video Host in over 30 videos. Jacqui has authored several children’s books and is currently dabbling with a novel.
