Octavio Carvalho has extensive experience in operations, project analysis, and marketing, currently serving as Supervisor de operações and Analista de projetos at Odontoprev since February 2017. Responsibilities include process mapping, analysis, improvement, and acting as Product Owner in Agile projects. Octavio also possesses a background in commercial consulting for dental plans, emphasizing market mapping and strategic negotiations. Additionally, Octavio has served as a university professor in Health Marketing and has worked as a strategic management consultant and communication advisor. Education includes an MBA in Strategic and Economic Business Management from FGV and a specialization in Healthcare Administration, among other qualifications in marketing and communication.
