Rose Gabay

Rose Gabay is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at odontoprev since September 2008, Rose previously held the position of Superintendent of Human Resources at Banco Real from June 2001 to August 2008, acting as a Business Partner to the Retail and Corporate bank segments. Earlier in their career, Rose coordinated human resources at Grupo Ultra from 1989 to 2001. Rose holds an Executive Master in Consulting and Coaching for Change from INSEAD (2013-2014), an MBA in Human Resources from the Universidade de São Paulo (1997-1998), and a foundational education from Centro Universitário FMU | FIAM-FAAM (1982-1986) and Liceu Pasteur (1975-1981).
