Nicolas Roussey has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Nicolas began their career in 2007 as a Life Insurance Officer at BNP Paribas Fortis. In 2008, they joined Belrive as a Sales Representative. After that, Nicolas worked at Odoo in various roles. From 2010 to 2011, they were a Business Advisor, responsible for recruiting certified partners in the EMEA region. Nicolas then became a Partner Account Manager from 2011 to 2016, where they successfully recruited numerous partners each month. In 2016, Nicolas joined EMAsphere as a Business Manager, helping small and medium-sized enterprises achieve their goals through leveraging live data. Finally, they returned to Odoo in 2017 as a Key Account Manager for the EMEA region and later became the Head of Customer Success Direct.

Nicolas Roussey completed their Bachelor's degree in International trade from HELMo between 2004 and 2007.
