Janet Ferris

Janet Ferris has extensive work experience in communications and marketing roles. Janet is currently serving as the Head of Communications and Engagement at ODS, where they are responsible for building a more inclusive and sustainable economy. Prior to this, Janet worked as the Regional Marketing Manager at CityFibre and as the Senior Marketing and PR Manager at Orbit Group. Janet also held leadership positions at Cherwell District Council and South Northamptonshire Council, where they managed multi-disciplinary teams and oversaw marketing and communications strategies. In addition, Janet has previous experience at the Learning and Skills Council, Business Link West Midlands Limited, C&W Chamber of Commerce, Halton Borough Council, and GPT (GEC Plessey Telecommunications).

Janet Ferris obtained their MA (Hons) degree in Marketing from Coventry University, where they studied from 1997 to 1999.
