Jason Clemings

Jason Clemings is an accomplished professional in logistics and operations management, currently serving as the Director of Continuous Improvement at ODW Logistics since July 2019. In this role, Jason focuses on fostering a positive organizational culture while leveraging strategies such as equity, goal setting, and self-development to engage and motivate associates. Prior to ODW Logistics, Jason held multiple leadership positions at Shaklee Corporation from June 2002 to July 2019, including Vice President of Global Logistics and Fulfillment, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing logistics operations across North America. Jason's career also includes experience as a Team Leader to Operations Manager at Harry and David from June 1997 to June 2002. Academically, Jason is pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) at Franklin University and holds a Master of Science in Business Psychology from the same institution, alongside a Bachelor's degree in History and Classics from Denison University.
