James Howay

James Howay has worked in sales and business development roles since 2005. From 2005 to 2008, they worked as a National Business Development Manager for Profit Recovery Partners. In this role, they were responsible for prospecting, developing, negotiating, and closing new business as well as overseeing client engagement and retention. From 2008 to 2021, they worked as a Regional Director Sales and Account Executive for Element Fleet Management. In this role, they were responsible for growing new revenue and retaining existing client relationships, as well as winning new market share and profitable revenues. Most recently, in 2021, they became the California Sales Manager for XL Fleet. Currently, they are the Sales Director for Odyne Systems, LLC, a clean technology company that develops and manufactures plug-in hybrid electric drive systems for medium and heavy duty trucks.

James Howay earned a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA in Marketing from Washington State University.
