Federico Bernardoni has worked in a variety of roles in the aerospace industry. Federico began their career in 2006 as a Basketball Referee for the Federazione Italiana Pallacanestro. In 2014, they participated in the European contest Air Cargo Challenge 2015 as a member of the PISA Air Cargo team, achieving the 4th place out of 28 European Universities. In 2015, they were an International contact member and Executive Member of EUROAVIA Pisa, where they created and maintained relations with aerospace industries on behalf of the Association and was in charge of communication between the International Board of EUROAVIA and members of EUROAVIA Pisa. Federico was also the Coordinator of Partners Working Group as a member of the organization team of the International Event Fly-In Pisa 2016. From 2017 to 2019, they were a Visiting Scholar at The University of Texas at Dallas. In 2021, they were a Wind Plant Optimization Intern at WindESCo. Currently, they are an Aerodynamics Engineer at Odys Aviation.
Federico Bernardoni's education history includes a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Texas at Dallas, obtained between 2019 and 2022. Prior to this, they obtained a Master of Science (MSc) in Aerospace Engineering from Università di Pisa between 2014 and 2018, and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Aerospace Engineering from Università di Pisa between 2011 and 2014. Federico also obtained a Scientific High School degree from Liceo Scientifico between 2006 and 2011. Additionally, they obtained a Certificate in Advanced English (C1 level) from Cambridge English Language Assessment in October 2016.
