Ricardo Wallace M Ferreira

Ricardo Wallace M Ferreira is a seasoned engineer with extensive experience in aerodynamics and high-performance computing (HPC). Currently employed as a Senior Application HPC at KosterTI and an HPC Engineer at Do IT Systems S.r.l., Ricardo has been with Avibras since November 2013, where roles have included Senior Aerodynamics Engineer, Performance Engineer for Rocket Systems, and Aerodynamic Design Engineer for Missile Systems. Expertise encompasses conducting wind tunnel tests, developing rocket trajectory and aerodynamics calculation software, and performing CFD analyses. Previous positions include Systems Engineer at Konatus and mechanical apprentice at Sotreq S/A. Ricardo holds a Master’s degree in Thermal and Fluid Engineering from Universidade Federal do Pará and is pursuing a Doctorate in Aeronautical Engineering at the Instituto Tecnológico de Aeronáutica.
