Bill Owens

Bill Owens is a seasoned maritime professional with extensive experience in commercial fishing and charter operations, currently serving as Captain at Odyssea Marine since August 2021. Prior to this role, Bill Owens was both Captain and Owner at Smoking Reels Of Texas from February 2015 to February 2023. Bill Owens also has a background in drilling operations as a Drilling Consultant for ConocoPhillips from April 2014 to February 2023, and was the President and Owner of PDI Energy from November 2013 to February 2023. Bill Owens holds a high school diploma from Groesbeck and completed an Airframe & Power Plant program at Dal Fort Aviation from 2000 to 2003, specializing in Aerospace Ground Equipment Technology.
