Jaynee Kothari has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Jaynee has held positions such as Director of Human Resources at Odysseus Solutions and Enlightenment99 Software Consultants Pvt. Ltd, Senior HR Manager at Odysseus Solutions, HR Officer at Emirates Driving Institute, and Senior HR Specialist at Automation Anywhere. Jaynee has also worked as a Corporate Trainer at Academy for Excellence and as a Project Leader at DNA Group and Om International. Jaynee has experience in resource planning, talent acquisition, training and development, performance appraisal, and employee engagement activities. Jaynee has also conducted behavioral and soft skills trainings for various corporate houses and B-schools.

Jaynee Kothari completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Gujarat University between 2011 and 2013. Prior to that, they pursued their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda, which they completed between 2006 and 2009. In their earlier education, Jaynee attended ROSARY HIGH SCHOOL for their H.S.C degree in Commerce and BARODA HIGH SCHOOL for their S.S.C degree in Commerce.
